<p>Deadline have released that Fuque is currently in talks with Universal. This is going to be the third time that the story behind the notorious gangster Tony Montana is going to be told. The original was released in 1932, followed by the amazing remake with Al Pacino in 1983.</p>

<p>The remake is going to be different as it will be set in Contemporary Los Angeles. Jonathan Herman from Straight Outta Compton wrote the most recent draft. The film is going to be produced by Marc Schmuger, Scott Stubar and Dylan Clark.</p>
