If you pre-order the new Worms game, W.M.D, you are in for a real treat.

Everyone that pre-orders will receive extra levels, costumes and weapons based on some major titles. Killer Instinct, Rocket League, Payday2 and Saints Row IV are just some of the great titles that will feature costumes and weapons in the upcoming Worms game.

Kan-Ra
The latest character addition to the new Killer Instinct season!

Kan-Ra is a sorcerer who hails from Babylon and is 2,500 years old (you have to hand it to the guy…that’s pretty impressive!), but has been cursed with dark magic which has caused the poor chap to rot. He is also the latest character addition in the free-to-play online fighting game, Killer Instinct.

On November 21, a live stream showcasing game-play footage will air. Adam Isgreen (Microsoft Studios creative director) also clarified the schedule for new character releases each month. ‘”Every month” could more accurately be represented as ‘every calendar month’ instead of every 30 days,” Isgreen said.

Killer Instinct shipped on the same day that the Xbox One was launched and had a character available to play for free. Microsoft has a plan to continually update the game’s roster. 

Double Helix (Killer Instinct’s developer) was acquired by Amazon earlier this year. In light of this, Microsoft have said that the franchise, which it owns, will continue on and that the game will not be affected. Phew!
