Prime 1 Studio have recently revealed the High Definition Museum Masterline Devil May Cry action figure which is a 1/2 scale recreation of the legend that is Devil hunter Dante. This is not the first time that they made a sculpture of a Devil May Cry character but it may be the most expensive Devil May Cry Figure yet.

This scale model will stand at 43 inches tall, weigh 30 Kilograms and comes armed with his beloved sword Rebellion and his signature guns Ebony and Ivory.

A massive fan of the Star Wars films has done the impossible as they managed to recreate the lightsaber that obi wan used when fighting Darth Vader for the last time in episode IV: A New Hope. One fan in particular was fascinated by Elca’s creation and gave her remarkably high praise for the design all thanks to dreams. For those of you who don’t know what Dreams is, it’s a game created by Media Molecule which allows players to create their own game or visual media. It also allows other players to download it and interact with it themselves. However Elca’s model is not for gameplay but just for show.

Nintendo however have issued complaints to players making Dreams Mario projects saying that not everything is possible in the game. However it would be nice for fans like Elca and other Star Wars fans across the galaxy to continue to create one of a kind and fun content without Disney knocking at the door. But who knows what the future might hold for the fans.

In a damaging case Nintendo has won $2.1 million in damages as the owner Matthew Storman was pirating Nintendo Games and profited from mass scale copyright infringement. However what comes up must come down sadly Nintendo has not won a permanent injunction which means that the website is gone for now but is lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce once again.

According to the judge Nintendo haven’t shown enough evidence that it had suffered irreparable harm from the website and according to the judge since it has been shut down multiple times there was no threat to further infringements. However Nintendo didn’t go down without a fight and filed a motion of reconsideration last month in the hope that the judge sees it differently and grant them the permanent injunction that they need.

Another argument that Nintendo has used to their advantage is that since they had failed to pay the first instalment of $50 of his $2.1 million fine he was ignoring the order. Eventually good news for Nintendo as the permanent injunction has now been granted which has now immobilised the website so he can no longer copy, distribute or even play any unauthorised copy of a Nintendo copyrighted work.

In Stroman’s case he must file a declaration by August 20th saying he has agreed to comply with the terms otherwise he will be found to committed perjury which in California can carry a heavy fine or up to 4 years in prison.

The latest title Icarus has been delayed instead of the game launching in August 11th but instead sometime in November.

According to the post by the developer, the game was delayed “to ensure the game is the best it can be for our players”. However the additional developer RocketWerkz announced that there will be a longer beta which will be introduced on August 28th and 29th. The game will drop players in the boreal forest biome, a temperate zone where the only threat to you is wildlife. However the beta will only be available to those who have pre-ordered the game. The game is a departure from Hall’s previous Zombie filled title instead this game pits players against wildlife in search of rare and valuable materials to give you the full Indiana Jones like experience.

The delay is not a surprise as the game was shown to have bugs that interrupted gameplay when tested. Multiple optimization issues also occurred which is why it was delayed, ensuring that everything is perfect when it goes live to the world.

The studio that is famous for making Astro’s Playroom is now looking for a designer to add humour to the hit action game. The job advert states that they are looking for a game designer who specialises in creating a variety of levels for a 3D action game. According to the ad, the successful applicant must have solid level design skill that guide the player well and provide great tempo and that they must bring creativity and humour to the game do you think you have what it takes?

However the ad doesn’t necessary say that the game in question is a sequel to Astro’s Play Room but their four other famous games The Playroom, The Playroom VR, Astro Bot Rescue Mission and Astro’s Playroom have all featured robots identical to Astro so who knows it might just become true.

In December the designer for Astro’s Playroom said he would consider a sequel to Astro’s Playroom but no plans as of yet however if people buy the game a lot and play on it a lot and it grows in popularity who knows there might just be a chance to see Astro once again.

This game is also pre loaded on all PS5 consoles.

Combining these two forces together means that they will be able to make 3D, AR and VR more accessible for the public. SketchFab has more than 4 million assets now that’s a lot but don’t worry they aren’t disappearing because Epic Games only bought them so they will still be around.

On SketchFab people can edit, buy and sell content on the platform.

The SketchFab Plus which you had to pay for now has become free for everyone and allows you to upload more assets with larger files. SketchFab will be operating independently but will be working closely with the Unreal Engine team to help deliver quality products.

The SketchFab deal with Epic Games follows Epic Acquisition of Art Station which is where CGI and game focused artists can host their portfolios and sell work. They have also slashed SketchFab’s store fees to 12 percent which matches the Epic Game Store Cut it also means that people who make 3D assets receive a larger slice of sales revenue.
