The lasagna-loving cat will be the first additional character since the game’s launch

Last week Ludosity and Fair Play Labs announced Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will be receiving new skins, in regards to the fighting brawl game receiving its first DLC.

And from tomorrow, a new character will be added to the roster in the game’s first add-on character since the game’s launch.

Garfield in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

There could only be one character that would be the first add-on to the mega Nickelodeon fighting brawl game and it is none other than everybody’s favourite cat and meme, Garfield.

Garfield will be free additional content for the game on December 9 and can already be seen busting his fighter moves in the specially made trailer for his arrival to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. He will also come with his own Pokémon stadium-esque stage with a special lasagna twist.

 

 

Fans of the game aren’t surprised by this addition though, as dataminers had already cracked the game files open in order to see what was in store for the game. Garfield was one of the first characters leaked, so now he is coming to the game, we can also expect the likes of these characters:

 

  • Prince Zuko – Avatar: The Last Airbender
  • Vlad Plasmius – Danny Phantom
  • Shredder – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
  • Jimmy Neutron – Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius
  • Plankton – SpongeBob SquarePants
  • Mr. Krabs –SpongeBob SquarePants
  • Squidward – SpongeBob SquarePants
  • Tommy Pickles – Rugrats
  • Rocko—Rocko’s Modern Life

Two weeks into the Avatar: The Last Airbender event on Shop Titans and here’s why you should download it!

Shop Titans, the RPG simulator that allows players to craft and enchant equipment and tools, stock up their shop, and sell their items to aspiring adventurers, is currently in the process of a massive special event.

Launched on November 2, Kabam Games joined forces with Nickelodeon for an Avatar: The Last Airbender event to take place spanning across the entire month. Here’s everything you need to know.

Shop Titans x Avatar: The Last Airbender

The ATLA-themed Content Pass consists of plenty of content from the beloved cartoon, including new guest Champions from the show itself, Aang and Sokka, that guide players through their missions, gear and equipment that players can craft and use, like Sokka’s boomerang.

Aang is able to increase the Attack and Defense of the group and can also find bonus loot in the form of Elements. He visits the player shops each day of the entire month and requests different items in exchange for five Champion Coins. Meanwhile, Sokka gives bonuses to the ATK and HP of the team as party leader. He helps increase the number of components found and even the XP earned by the whole party. Unlike Aang, Sokka only starts visiting the player’s shop once they have some of his coins from the Content Pass. He then visits daily giving five Champion Coins for completing his request.

 

 

Players can dress their adventurers as their favourite benders and use decorations to make their store look like Lord Ozai’s Throne room or adorn the yard with a lying Appa.

Shop Titans is also offering two seasonal packs, with the Fire & Air pack having already been released on November 5 and the Water & Earth pack releasing on November 19th. (Let’s ignore the fact Zuko has no scar in the promo tweet).

Benders and non-benders rejoice! There’s a new Avatar game in the works to get excited about.

Anyone who knows me knows how big of an Avatar: The Last Airbender fan I am. So to hear Avatar Studios was being created to revive the Avatar universe and bring multiple projects to our screens again was all I could ever hope for. Yet the studio is also working hard to bring multiple mediums to its fans and is really putting out all the stops to get Avatar in the spotlight again.

So far it has already been confirmed there is a new feature film and a new tv series in the works, as well as an official RPG board game, and now, Avatar Studios is teaming up with Square Enix to bring out an official Avatar mobile game.

Avatar Mobile Game

A brand new studio for Square Enix opened in London recently, creatively titled ‘Square Enix London Mobile’, and stated it is already working on two projects based on world-renowned entertainment properties, Tomb Raider and Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender. 

Tomb Raider Reloaded was previously announced and is in development with Crystal Dynamics, which features classic elements from the original Tomb Raider trilogy, and has an expected release date for 2022.

The untitled Avatar: The Last Airbender mobile game is currently in development with Vancouver-based studio Navigator Games and doesn’t have a scheduled release date as of yet. Avatar Studios is working very closely with its partners beyond its core projects, probably so the creators can avoid the mistakes that shall forever haunt their past (yes, I am talking about the M. Night Shyamalan movie).

 

 

It has been an incredible privilege to partner with Square Enix London Mobile on the creation of a game with such an iconic IP. The Avatar: The Last Airbender universe has so many layers and complex storylines to explore and we look forward to fully unveiling it and sharing it with all the incredibly passionate and loyal Avatar fans in the future. – Will Moore, CEO at Navigator Games.

 

While we have no idea what the game shall entail, for the time being, it is exciting to see a new video game being in development during this Avatar Studios era. Aang, Korra, Toph, and Zuko are already featured in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl and the official RPG game was funded on Kickstarter within 16 minutes of the page being up and raised a grand total of $9,535,317 by 81,567 backers. The love for Avatar never truly died during its long absence.

There’s even a fan-made open-world game being made on Dreams, which you can check the process out on ElcaGaming’s YouTube Channel, or watch Toph and Sokka’s voice actors react to the game down below.

 

 

I for one am excited to see what Square Enix has in store for us with this Avatar mobile game and can’t wait to hear more updates regarding it.

The anticipated Nickeloden All-Star Brawl is finally out across multiple platforms, and data miners have already cracked the files to leak what’s still to come…

The fighting brawl game that is sure to rival Super Smash Bros Ultimate for its impressive gameplay and nostalgia, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, is finally out across multiple gaming platforms and we finally have the full roster of all characters available to play as.

Yet, as predicted by many, there’s still a lot more to come in terms of content and data miners have worked hard to crack the game brought to us by Ludosity and Fair Play Labs, to find the DLC files for what characters we can expect to come our way still… just remember to take this list with a pinch of salt.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Characters

Above is a visual reminder of the full roster of Nickelodeon characters that made it into the fighting brawl game. We already have quite a few characters from the same show but according to the leak, we will be expecting a few more, including everyone’s favourite ‘angsty boi’.

Yes, Zuko, Crown Prince of the Fire Nation, is expected to join his fellow benders Aang, Korra, and Toph to complete the four-element bending styles and restore balance to the world (although we still need non-benders to be represented so hopefully our resident boomerang guy gets added eventually too). It will be interesting to see what special attacks he will be given if he ever does join the game.

Here is the full list of characters players may or may not expect to be added in the near future as a DLC:

  • Prince Zuko – Avatar: The Last Airbender
  • Vlad Plasmius – Danny Phantom
  • Garfield – Garfield
  • Shredder – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
  • Jimmy Neutron – Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius
  • Plankton – SpongeBob SquarePants

  • Squidward – SpongeBob SquarePants
  • Tommy Pickles – Rugrats

As this is just a leak, these characters are not confirmed, however, some might appear sooner than later. For example, from the data found in the game’s file. it seems as though Garfield and Shredder are the most likely characters to appear in the first DLC. Whether we will be receiving multiple seasons of DLCs is another matter, but the list sure does sound promising.

There may have been more leaks for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl again and this time it’s for a surprising third Avatar character to be added

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is set to be released in early October and the game has been highly anticipated thanks to the slow reveal of characters we can expect to be added to its roster, as well as the recent reveal of how the gameplay will work.

So far, the crossover fighting game developed by Ludocsity and Fair Play Labs has revealed plenty of characters that will be in the lineup, but a certain franchise has yet to be mentioned despite two characters being seen in the cover art of the game. However, another character has been leaked to join from the Avatar franchise.

Who is the third Avatar Character?

Avatar: The Last Airbender and Avatar: The Legend of Korra are two series that are most loved by Nickelodeon fans (and I am not just saying that because they are some of my favourite shows of all time) and yet the official announcement of the main protagonists of said shows has yet to be revealed to be part of the roster even though they are featured on the cover art for the game.

However, a surprising third character has now been leaked to be a part of the fighting game’s roster, and it really wouldn’t be much of a fighting brawl game without Earth Rumble’s Champion, The Blind Bandit herself, Toph Beifong.

Earlier this week it was revealed Ren and Stimpy would be added to the roster as one character, yet it was also leaked in the game’s official Discord who the characters representing the Avatar franchise would be.

 

 

Seeing Toph in this lineup is great because not many Nickelodeon IPs are getting 3 representatives. She also will have great earthbending moves and will be able to put anyone in their place if they underestimate her. Sadly, the game doesn’t feature any voice-overs for the characters, so we won’t get to hear any of Toph’s great one-liners or taunts as she takes down her opponents, but she is sure to become a fan favourite like she was in the show.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl was trending on Twitter last night after the gameplay was revealed for the anticipated release.

Announced earlier this year, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is an upcoming crossover fighting game developed by Ludosity and Fair Play Labs that takes all your favourite Nickelodeon characters and puts them in a brawl.

The pre-orders for the game are finally available for its October release and Ludosity have also given us a taste of the gameplay and it’s gotten fans very excited for what’s to come.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Gameplay

If you’re familiar with Super Smash Bros, then chances are you are going to be familiar with most of the gameplay and actions available to you. What got the fighting game trending on Twitter in the first place was the breakdown of different actions characters can use against one another, including the wavedash.

The wavedash plays a huge role in high-level Super Smash Bros gameplay and happens when a player repeatedly air-dodges the ground and can rapidly cover ground thanks to the engine’s physics.

Gamers were also excited by the meme taunts available, involving a certain Spongebob Squarepants.

 

 

Other similarities to Super Smash Bros’ gameplay include how matches are set out to raise your opponents’ damage percentage and knocking them off the screen and each character having their own range of normal and special attacks.

Yet this isn’t a complete copy of Super Smash Bros. The game also includes gameplay that diverges from the brawl game and includes actions such as holding down the left trigger to prevent characters from turning away or allowing them to retreat, as well as projectiles in the game being reflected multiple times which grows in speed and strength with each volley.

There’s even a built-in rock, paper, scissors system that decides how high, medium, or low an attack is carried out.

 

 

There isn’t a confirmed release date for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl yet, however, Nintendo has scheduled the release of their copy on the eShop on October 5.
