Level-5, The creators of the Professor Layton series and also the creators of Ni No Kuni are hiring for their newest project.
This next game will not be a continuation of any of the previous games Level-5 have made. Though it seems the game will have a Cyberpunk look to a fantasy-fairytale kind of style to it and will most likely be a mobile game.
The positions available are:
- Game Director
- Producer
- Programmer
- Planner
- 3D Character Designer
- 3D Character Motion Designer
- 3D Map Designer
- Effect Designer
- Test Player (Part-Time)
- & UI Designer
So it seems likely that the game is a mobile game, but we shouldn’t lose hope. They could port it to other consoles as they do need someone with experience for developing for other consoles including the Wii U and the PS4. I don’t think we should lose hope just yet…(I am hoping for a Switch Release myself). with typical open-world RPG elements, and the potential to also be on console.
In order to apply, you must live in Japan, which can be an inconvenience for people who aren’t moving, but for those of you who travel frequently, this could be a great opportunity.
