Koei Temco Finally Released A Demo For Samurai Warriors 5
Koei Temco tossed the blade for their fans and released a free demo of Samurai Warriors 5 on all home consoles and PC. Ir’s available for download on the Playstation Store, the Nintendo Switch Eshop, Xbox One, and Steam. The demo allows the player to have the option of five different characters. And of course, like any good demo has, the progress made in this demo will be transferred to the full game, which means players can do whatever they can to prepare now for their future gameplay and get the most out of the demo to benefit them later on. The official release is for the 27th of July, so less than a week away. As fans have been waiting 7 years for the Samurai Warriors 5, almost an entire decade, that in itself is enough to build the excitement in fans and all the more of a reason to release a demo for their fans.
Today is the day!
You can download the playable demo for #SamuraiWarriors5 across #NintendoSwitch, #PlayStation4, #Steam and #XboxOne.

Samurai Warriors 5 Demo Gameplay
Unfortunately, the demo does not support multiplayer gameplay for the missions which is sad for those who wanted to experience co-op with family or friends. However, the final release will have that intact, it’s just a shame they hadn’t given players that option. Samurai Warriors 5 is set during the Sengoku period after the Onin War has ended. The narrative follows the story of Nobunaga Oda and Mitsuhide Akechi, two military commanders. Samurai Warriors 5 also has 27 playable characters in total, so that is something to look forward to in the final release. These characters include returning warriors from previous games and new ones, such as ‘N’, Leyasu Tokugawa, Yoshimoto Imagawa, and Hideyoshi Hashiba. They have also added another character by the name of Mituski, who happens to be a Koga Ninja. They also intend to add more characters at a later date.
Nonetheless, Samurai Warriors 5 is definitely worth being excited about and if you want to be ahead of the crowd, you should work through the demo before the official release date.
