The brand are now hiring for an ‘ambitious new PC game project’
A recent announcement from Amazon Game Studios has revealed that it’s seeking qualified individuals to join their ever growing development team, which is currently working on a brand new “ambitious” PC game title. According to their job post on Gamasutra, the brand are looking for a “team of top talent for an ambitious new PC game project using the latest technology,” noting the crew is currently comprised of “former Portal, World of Warcraft and BioShock creators.”
The listing further adds – “Our team in Seattle has worked on a lot of other great titles like Half Life 2, Left for Dead, Dota 2, Halo, Infamous, Shadows of Mordor and The Last of Us,”. Only last year, Amazon acquired Double Helix (Killer Instinct developer), and has since brought out Fire TV, it’s very own game-playing set-top box. It’s quite a movement here but, then again, it’s Amazon! Further details will be added as and when they come through.
