Far Cry 6 is just around the corner…
Far Cry 6 is a unique entry in the famed franchise. It is the title that ushers in the next generation of the Far Cry formula. However, we are also seeing some of our favourite Far Cry villains returning in full.
The game will be taking players to the land of Yara, who is ruled by dictator Antón Castillo and his son Diego. The likes of Vaas, Joseph Seed and Pagan Min will be returning to the game in the Season Pass, but instead of fighting against them, players will be playing as these characters.
Release details:
Far Cry 6 releases on Thursday, 7th October 2021, with varying release times across regions. The good thing, however, is that you don’t need to remember any timings.
The game will be releasing at midnight at your local time, wherever you are. So the moment the clock hits 12 am on September 7th, you will be able to play the game.
Is there Early Access in Far Cry 6?
Usually, games these days have some sort of early access perks if you get specific editions of the game.
However, for Far Cry 6, there is no such perk as such. Irrespective of whichever edition of the game you pre-order, you will not be getting any early access bonus. So players will have to wait until October 7th to be able to play the game.
