At Go2Games we have a history of supporting and working alongside Legacy Youth Zone and yesterday we were gifted the Gold Supporter plaque.
A representative from Legacy Youth Zone based in Croydon visited the Go2Gamesshop in Centrale to award us with this special plaque. Legacy Youth Zone is a charity run facility for young people in Croydon between the ages of 8-19 as well as up to 25 for those with disabilities.
Working with closely with the community is very important to us at Go2Games and becoming a Gold Supporter of Legacy Youth Zone has made us ecstatic, doing our bit to help the youth of Croydon.
We plan to run Covid permitting events along side Legacy this summer which will include senior FIFA tournaments and junior Mario Kart tournaments. In addition to this we will be running another FIFA tournament in August where eight different youth clubs including legacy, will come together with two of their best players to attempt to win the knock out tournament. As the players progress they will be entered into the all roads lead to Legacy competition, where one winner will be crowned FIFA Croydon Champion.
We feel very grateful that we are part of this great community and look forward to working on some exciting projects involving Legacy and young people in the future.
