Facts About Animal Crossing: New Horizons Special Character ‘Leif’?

Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ character  ‘Leif’ has come a long way. He was first introduced as a plant-loving sloth in Animal Crossing: New Leaf and operated a shopkeeper, who had some special items such as the silver shovel and also sold trees and plants for the player to buy.

In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Leif’s role hasn’t changed, only this time he doesn’t have a building for a shop, but more of a street market and sells vegetables, bushes and flowers that the player can’t obtain in Nook’s Cranny.

Ingredients for recipes that involve tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, flour, sugar and pumpkins can all be can be bought from Leif. Growing your own wheat and sugarcane allow you to craft sugar and flour. The pumpkins can just be picked once their grown, no crafting required. Leif has come to play a big part in Animal Crossing: New Horizons since the 2.0 Update, as he allows the players to get access to certain plants that can only be obtainable on a trip with Kapp’n.

3 Things You Might Not Know About Leif

1. Leif has plant shaped hair

Leif looks adorable with his hat off, finally, we get to see the Sloth exposed. While some may expect Leif to be completely bald, he actually has tiny plant shaped hair, similar to a green sprout. It’s very fitting to a sloth-like him.

2. Leif has a de-weeding service

Since update 2.0, Leif has gotten their own little shop stand at Harv’s island, it costs 700,000 bells to get him to arrive. It may be known, but many haven’t been made aware of this service yet. If a player time travels too far or perhaps hasn’t played in a long time or maybe just isn’t maintaining their island, they will get weeds growing everywhere.

Leif has a service that allows the player to get the weeds removed by the next day, however, this will only work if the player has a lot of weeds on their island. If there’s only a few, he will say he doesn’t see many for him to do the job. (Technically telling the player they can do it themselves).

3. Leif’s sharp claws most likely do all the work

If you’re unaware, Leif is a sloth, and sloths are quite vicious attackers, especially with their extremely sharp claws. They are sharp as knives and can easily cut things up without a problem. This includes the plants that they eat. This will explain why Leif chose to work with plants. It’s an easy task for him and comes naturally.

Fruit In Animal Crossing: New Horizons is Very Important

Animal Crossing: New Horizons fruit is important. Not just for aesthetic reasons or variety, but for crafting and giving gifts to villagers to get the rare villager photo.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has a variety of fruits available, not as many as Animal Crossing New Leaf, unfortunately, but it’s nice to know Nintendo has added the same amount to resemble the older games, like Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk.

How to get All the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Fruits

The player can obtain all the fruits by either going to another island with Nook Mile Tickets, visiting a friend’s island with other fruit, waiting for a villager to send one in the post or finding one in the Resident Services recycling box. Nook Mile Tickets can be obtained from the Nook Stop in resident services.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons Fruit DIYs

With fruits, you can easily craft many of the fruit DIYs such as a peach chair, a peach surprise box, pear wardrobe, apple dress or cherry speakers! Having a fruit-themed room or island can look very eventful. These items can not be bought in Nook’s Cranny and are exclusive to craft from the DIY.

Villager Friendship Points

Another reason to have all the Animal Crossing: New Horizon fruits are because collecting exactly 3 foreign fruits (one different from your local island fruit) and giving it wrapped to a villager will give you maximum friendship points from a gift for that day.

With a piece of clothing or furniture item, it’s not 100% guaranteed the player will get the maximum friendship points for that villager, this even goes for crafted items. It’s a lot less risky to give the villager a stack of foreign fruit, as this means you’ll be guaranteed success each time.

Once you’ve reached enough friendship points, you’ll be able to acquire a friendship photo from your favourite villager. These are extremely rare and do take a while to get, but once you get one, it’ll be a framed picture of them with a few unique words of wisdom on the back.

Island Aesthetic & Cooking

Lastly, having a nice variety of fruit allows players to cook more recipes, since the Animal Crossing New Horizons 2.0 Update, players have been able to unleash their creativity by cooking dishes and placing them around the island.  Not to mention, these dishes look amazing around the island!

Fun Fact: If you eat the fruit, your villager will gain a certain amount of strength to dig up whole trees or break rocks! Many have used fruit trees to make a mini-grove and some players even collect a certain amount of fruit for their travelling to help them collect materials. Fruit is very useful.

You Don’t Need To Be Part of Animal Crossing: New Horizons Turkey Day

To get seasonal DIY Recipes that is…the cooking ones at least.

Nintendo celebrates Thanksgiving in Animal Crossing: New Horizons with ‘Turkey Day’. Turkey Day has been present since Animal Crossing: New Leaf and continues to be celebrated in New Horizons, where the player gets to help Franklin the turkey, cook up some delicious meals to put on display for all the other villagers to enjoy.

This also includes gathering fish, clams, pumpkins and potatoes! If you don’t have them, you may find it difficult to get the Turkey Day furniture as they are exclusive to the event however, what you can obtain are the cooking DIY recipes. These are obtainable by participating in the Turkey Day event and giving Franklin the secret ingredient to each recipe, in return Franklin will give you a cooking DIY recipe. However, there is another way.

You can also not participate in the Turkey Day event at all. You can wait until it’s over and buy the Turkey Day cooking DIY recipes in Nook’s Cranny. You’ll find them in the shelf to the far right, where you can find tools and such.

What Turkey Day Cooking DIY Recipes do you Get in Animal Crossing New Horizons?

There are four Turkey Day Cooking DIY Recipes, here’s the list of what they are.

• Clam Chowder
• Pumpkin Pie
• Gratin
• Olive-flounder Meuniere

Turkey Day: Clam Chowder

We still aren’t sure if you can use a secret ingredient with these DIY recipes, but it would be interesting to see a scallop used with the Clam Chowder and watch the player comment on the unique taste. To make the Clam Chowder, you’ll need 3 manila clams and 1 bag of flour.

To get manila clams, you’ll have to dig up spots on the beach that spit water from tiny holes and to obtain flour, you can trade with a friend, otherwise you’ll have to get wheat from Leif and grow the wheat yourself, to then craft it into flour.

Turkey Day: Pumpkin Pie

The pumpkin Pie had the secret ingredient of using other colour pumpkins, such as white or green. The flour, sugar and pumpkins can all be can be bought from Leif. Growing your own wheat and sugarcane allow you to craft sugar and flour. The pumpkins can just be picked once their grown, no crafting required.

Turkey Day: Gratin

This dish requires only flour and potato (we suppose this version is vegan). Potatoes can also be bought from Leif, and grown on your island.

Turkey Day: Olive-flounder Meuniere

The olive-flounder may be the most difficult one of them all, this is another common fish that can be caught compared to sea bass. However, the reason why it’s the most difficult is because if you don’t already have the fish sitting in your storage, you’ll have to fish for it. For some odd reason, the moment that an individual needs the most common fish, it doesn’t show up and can take a little while.

Olive-flounders can be found in the ocean and appears all year round and can be caught any time of the day.

Flour can be crafted after growing wheat, which can be bought from Leif.

Sometimes we human beings need to stop and slow down sometime, and just breathe, we all have our own way of relaxing and escaping from stresses, such as getting under some warm cosy blankets, sipping coffee or hot chocolate, with a Nintendo switch in hand, playing the game of escapisms, animal crossing.

Animal crossing has always been one of those cosy games where you can escape and forget about the things that are effecting you, as human beings we tend to carry a lot on our shoulders bearing heavy responsibilities, and sometimes we just need to have a little escape.

That’s why animal crossing is one of the greatest games you can play, it’s a fresh start to building a world where troubles don’t exist, as a player all you have to worry about is adding things that you love to your island, and shaping your island the way you want it to look in your eyes.

In the game there are many activities to do, if you’ve never gone fishing before you can do so freely in animal crossing, it’s a wonderful way to calm your mind and breathe from a stressful day, the ambiance sound effects adds more effect, as it invokes feeling as though we are actually out in nature.

In animal crossing the beach is a peaceful place to go and sit down and listen to the calming waves, or you can go swimming and discover all the fascinating sea creatures, and then take them to your museum for your collection of sea life to be on display.

The best part about animal crossing is having your fellow villager run up to you, and ask if they can visit your house, when inside your house with your villager, they will ask you if they can see the other rooms, you walk into another room in your house and they will follow you, and complement your interior design skills. It’s very comforting to know you can have visitors.

Wanna go shopping? There are two stores in animal crossing, and an offshore island called Harv’s island, where there is a plaza of many stores. Nooks cranny is a cute store owned by Timmy and tommy, you can buy amazing furniture pieces such as, wallpaper, flooring, and tools from their store, everyday the stock changes so grab your bells and get ready to spend.

Ables sisters is a wonderful cosy store owned by the able sisters, and it’s the only place where you can buy clothing, it’s a cute little store that has many handmade outfits crafted by Sable, just like the season the stocks of clothing changes, ranging from cute coats, to cosy winter boots and socks. In animal crossing you have the freedom to wear whatever you like, even if its miss matched clothing, no one will judge you for your style.

Harv’s island, is a wonderful plaza where you can see all the different stores, it’s like a market where you can interact with different shop keepers and see what they are selling for the day.

Animal crossing is a game you can lie down under cosy blankets, or a pillow fort, or even a blanket fort, and play for hours on end.

Things You Didn’t Know About Brewster & The Roost

We all got our beloved Brewster back in Animal Crossing New Horizons…we missed our adorable, barista pigeon, we may know he serves coffee and loves Gyroids, but what else do we know? Brewster is a character who has been known throughout multiple Animal Crossing games, Wild World, Let’s Go To The City (City Folk) and New Leaf. Fans, such as myself have been waiting for the moment he would be added and alas, that time has come in Animal Crossing New Horizons Update 2.0!

1. Brewster’s Photos

When you walk into The Roost, towards the right side of the room you’ll see three pictures. These three pictures are symbolic of all the Animal Crossing New Horizons games Brewster has been in.  You can see three pictures. One from Animal Crossing Wild World, where K.K. is performing live on stage (even Brewster is a big K.K. fan), then another for City Folk (Let’s go to the City) where Brewster has taken a picture with Blathers in the city area, then lastly New Leaf…there’s a photo of Brewster’s first standalone cafe, The Roost building on the day of its grand opening.

2. Brewster Serves Water

If you can’t afford a cup of coffee, Brewster will instead, give you a fresh glass of water. His hospitality is both lovely and insulting at the same time, his actions are ‘brutally wholesome’ as some fans tend to call it. A cup of Brewster’s coffee usually costs about 200 bells, so not being able to afford it is almost impossible, even for a brand new player. Essentially, Brewster is calling the player broke for not being able to afford his fantastic coffee.

3. Brewster Doesn’t Give Children Coffee

Brewster will not give coffee to characters that are too young Timmy & Tommy being an exception. When you invite Daisy Mae to the Roost, sometimes she will bring her Grandma Joan along with her. However, because Daisy Mae is only a child and too young to drink Coffee, he gives her a sugar cookie instead. Also known as a Sable cookie.

The Sable cookie is shaped like Brewster and has his face dusted on the cookie with powdered sugar. This Sable cookie is also a DIY recipe and can be obtained after ordering coffee from The Roost 8 times in a row.

4. Brewster Gives Rewards To Regular Customers

If you’ve been playing religiously since the update and have gotten Brewster to open his cafe at the museum, you may already know that by getting a cup of coffee at Brewster’s every day, he gives out rewards. In return for being a loyal customer, Brewster makes exceptions for the player and will give them a few extra features in return, such as takeaway coffee.

After five cups of coffee, the player will be able to walk around with a cup of coffee outdoors. Brewster warns the player not to run around with coffee because they may trip, fall and spill it all.

5. There’s A Brewster Gyroid

Speaking of rewards…Behold, the Brewster Gyroid. (I wonder if it “coos”).

After ordering a certain amount of coffee over the course of a certain number of days drinking Brewster’s coffee, Brewster will give you a ‘Brewstoid’ a Gyroid that looks just like him. I have yet to receive one, but there are players that time travelled for this specific item. It’s certainly very original and I believe it deserves to be placed in the museum’s art gallery (if I do say so myself).

6. Brewster Can Cool Down Your Coffee

Brewster always insists the player drink their coffee piping hot, upon the first few orders the player must do as Brewster asks, but after a few visits, the player soon gets the option to let their coffee cool down. Brewster will eventually get the message and soon he will ask if you’d like him to prepare your coffee at a cooler temperature.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Nookazon Site Has Loading Issues

Since the Animal Crossing New Horizons update, players have been trading non-stop on Nookazon. Some players have just been sitting back and enjoying Animal Crossing New Horizons without the constant need for trading. However, it is hard when there are over 9000 new items in Animal Crossing New Horizons, including the DIY recipes for glowing moss and vine items.

The announcement of 18 new villagers also contributes to this, the most popular villagers being Ione, Shino and Sasha. Furthermore specific in-game furniture items can only be found with the Happy Home Paradise DLC. Those who haven’t purchased it are desperately trying to trade those items with players who do.

Nookazon has left a notice on their website, warning players of the potential crashing issue.

“High traffic is causing slow-downs on the site and we are working hard to resolve the issues. In the meantime, we are turning off certain filters and site features that should help. Thank you for all the support!”

What Is Nookazon?

Nookazon is a trading site for Animal Crossing New Horizons in-game items, villagers, services and more. Often players will ask for ‘island hangouts’ to get some artistic inspiration or trade a few furniture items, flowers, DIY recipes or clothing. Occasionally, people make friends with their traders for future gaming.

Nookazon Put To The Test

To put this to the test, we listed one of the most popular Animal Crossing New Horizons Villagers, Shino, whose average price was at over 600 Nook Mile Tickets and over 40 million bells, however since a few days have passed. The price has lowered to 400 Nook mile tickets (the maximum in-game inventory), the bells remain the same.

After listing Shino for ‘Free’ over 40 people had placed an offer and began bidding, all in under 5 minutes, the number only increased as the time went on. There’s also a private messaging system for in-game traders to communicate which many traders had tried to use.

Not long after that, Nookazon had trouble loading, items, the villager listing, profiles and messages.

However, Nookazon moderators are improving this system, since the 2.0 update, the discord is constantly active, unlike a couple months before where there were barely any conversations to go off of. This may be a problem for now, but by December, the system should be working efficiently.

Animal Crossing New Animal Crossing: New Horizons Has A Black Friday Sale At Nook’s Cranny

Nintendo has added a lot more than we expected to Animal Crossing New Horizons, while we have seen a lot of what they’ve added through the Animal Crossing New Horizons Direct, there’s a lot that Nintendo hasn’t shown us. Including special items, events and seasonal DIYs. Including a specific event for Black Friday, renamed Nook Friday in Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Nook Friday is an event where Nook’s Cranny sells items for 30% less than the original price from the 26^th November to the 30^th November, which can be pretty good for items such as the Elaborate Kimono, Grand Piano, Harp or the wedding ring box.

Fans discovered this after time-travelling forward into the future and posted their gameplay on Twitter.

How Nook Friday Will Affect Animal Crossing Players

This is certain to become a very popular in-game trade system for Animal Crossing players. It’s common to have players visit another players island to see what their shops have in stock for the price of 1-5 Nook Mile Tickets, which happens to be the trading currency.

However, players must know that despite the items being 30% off, once the items on the back display are bought, they cannot be purchased on that specific day again, no matter how much a player time travels. Once the item is bought and the game is saved, if a player were to repeat the day from the default 6am reset time, that item would still be marked as sold, which means other players cannot buy that item for 30% off, even if the catalogue it.

It will certainly be interesting to see what people get for the year 2021, it’s a mix and match, some will be the new items that have only just been added in update 2.0.0 on the 5^th November, which will without a doubt be the most popular amongst Animal Crossing Players.

Fans are fascinated by this discovery and will continue to be excited for more secret gems Animal Crossing New Horizons has to offer.

You’ll need these island ideas for the Animal Crossing New Horizons Update 2.0

Nintendo premiered the Animal Crossing New Horizons’ Direct in October and announced a massive update arriving on the 5^th November, including the Happy Home Paradise DLC, which means more items to customise our islands! More terraforming and more crafting. In preparation for all that’s on its way, here are a number of ideas that you can add to your island. Cottagecore, Kidcore and Citycore!

1. A Theme Park

While this may be very common, with all the extra theme park and funfair accessories added to the Nook Stop, it’s now possible to make one without just Teacup rides and arcade machines. We now have access to the Plaza Ferris wheel, Plaza Game Stand and Plaza merry-go-round! This is also perfect for the Kid-core islands.

Now what you’ll want to do is terraform an extra cliff beside the beach, one level is enough, but if you feel adventurous add two. The new colourful, customisable fences will look amazing beside the beach and offer a classic sea-side aesthetic.

2. Riverside Bank

For all the islanders who have Citycore themed islands, this Riverside bank will be good for you. Think of the London Eye, the new Ferris Wheel will be a nice addition beside the river at night, along a reasonable size path,  with iron-and-stone fences to complete it.

Next, you’ll terraform another level besides the Bank and add a number of regal-style tables, chairs, and perhaps some streetlamps to brighten it up. This will undoubtedly look perfect at night.

3. Botanical Garden

As we are well aware, there is a new fountain that’s joined the party and that happens to be the Park Fountain. While you could add it to a park, why would you limit yourself to a few swing sets and slides? The botanical garden can be designed and shaped to your liking, not to mention that the new glowing weeds that can be found on an island Kapp’n takes you to will look fantastic there as well.

An Idea for terraforming this is to add an ‘underground effect’ which means to build cliffs around the area and have a flight of stairs lead down to the ground level. This will be perfect for anyone with a cottagecore island, it will add a very unique aesthetic and be quite an eventful area for visitors.

Why Cooking In Animal Crossing New Horizons Is Such A Big Deal

Animal Crossing Fans were excited after seeing the recent Animal Crossing New Horizons direct for the 2.0 update. However, all felt like something was missing…Mini-games. Just like they originally had on Tortimer’s island in Animal Crossing New Leaf. However, Animal Crossing New Leaf was the only Animal Crossing game in the series to have this, so…do we really need it? Of course, we do, but whether we need it immediately is another question altogether.

The cooking available in the Animal Crossing 2.0 update is bound to make lots of entertainment…Mini-game worthy entertainment!

Here are5 different activities you can do with the new Animal Crossing New Horizons Cooking feature!

1. Bake-Off

This is an obvious one. However, it seems like a fun time with friends or just people online, just like many had been having their own virtual fashion shows and music shows, they can have a bake-off too. Here’s how it would work.

How to Play & Rules

The aim of the game is to make a 3-course meal. Everyone will be required to make a 3-course ‘meal’, savoury or sweet with the resources they bring with them and with the DIY recipes they have available. They will then be judged on performance, explanation of their dish and of course the dish itself.

• A creative explanation of their dish, performance and the end result will increase or decrease points depending on how well they do. The player will be scored out of 10.
• Performance-wise, they can choose to match outfits colours or custom designs with their desired dish or use emotions to convey the ‘personality’ of their food.
• They can NOT prepare the dish beforehand, that will be a penalty.
• They can NOT bad mouth other players’ dishes (unless they are the notorious Gordon Ramsey).
• They have exactly 1 (or 1 minute & 30 seconds) to cook and present PER dish!

This will be a fun weekly activity and can be played with local multiplayer or online.  There can even be themed dishes, vegetarian, sea-food dishes etc.

2. Grab What You Can

(I’m really trying to think of creative names here but it’s not working out…Anyway).

How to Play & Rules

The aim of the game is to grab all the ingredients you can within the set time 10, 20 or 30 seconds. However, it is by impulse and you can’t look at your DIY recipes to see what you need to cook. They will then be judged on performance, explanation of their dish and of course the dish itself.

This will be completely spontaneous, which means…if you don’t get grab enough to make yourself flexible enough to create a dish…well then, that’s just too bad! (Don’t worry you can help judge though!)

• You MUST stick within the set timer!
• You MUST NOT carry extra ingredients with you!
• You MUST NOT peek at your DIY recipes, remembering by memory is fine.
• If you do any of the above, that is a penalty.
• You can either set everyone to grab what they want at once or use a spinning wheel and determine who gets first choice by the largest-smallest number.

This will be great to get the adrenaline going and will be a nice surprise for anyone playing.

3. Mystery Grab Bags

(They just keep getting harder…)

How to Play & Rules

This one is similar to the second mini-game, however the host will have to place all the ingredients in wrapping paper. The aim of the game is to grab 5 mystery bags, that will contain the ingredients. The set time to grab these mystery bags can range between 10, 20 to 30 seconds.

3 Ways To Get The New Animal Crossing New Horizons Villagers To Move In (2.0 Update)

Want the new Animal Crossing Villagers on your island next week? Ione, Shino, Sasha and many more! There are 3 ways to make this easy for you. 2 are by restarting your island and before you panic, this might be a great option for you…and the third option is either through in-game time travel or waiting it out. Let’s go. Disclaimer: Most of these methods require Nintendo’s online membership.

1. Restart Your Island

Restarting your island at the moment can be a pretty touchy topic, especially with all the new features coming along with the update and for those of you who have done a lot of progress with your islands, you may not want to start again…but I say, new features…new beginnings! Your can have fun with a new canvas and new world to unleash your creativity once again.

However, to make sure you don’t start completely empty-handed and get the new villagers you want, (personally…I’m going for Shino and Ione) then here’s what you want to do.

Step 1:  Join the Animal Crossing New Horizons Discord Community, the Nookazon Discord Community or get the Nookazon App IOS & Android (or Nookazon.com for PC).

Before you delete anything at all, you want to get as many Nook Mile Tickets as possible. I’m talking about hundreds! To do this, you’ll either need discord to trade items for nook mile tickets. There are other alternatives, such as Facebook and Twitter, but I find that discord is pretty quick and convenient for these things.

Step 2: Sell what you can for Nook Mile Tickets! Furniture! Fences! Villagers!

You want as many Nookmile Tickets as possible, you can keep any resources such as wood, iron, stone and clay, as those WILL be needed later. However, on the Nookazon app, you can make a listing for the desired product you want to sell, or through Discord, you can advertise the product you want to sell and put:

FT (For Trade): Desired Item or Villager

LF (Looking For): Nook Mile Tickets

Then once you found someone accepting your offer, you make the trade by either visiting their island or you visiting them.

Step 3: Find a Middle-man

Once you’ve gotten all the Nook Mile Tickets that you want or need, you’ll need to find a Middle-man. That is a player to hold your items for a certain amount of time while you reset and afterwards drop them off at your island. Now, Keep in mind that on the Animal Crossing New Horizons Discord you can only have a Middle-Man hold up to a maximum of 160 items (4 pocket inventories) FOR 2 HOURS. Maximum 1,600 Nook Mile Tickets. 

In the Nookazon discord or the Nookazon app, you can negotiate the Middle Man prices, you’ll be able to find this option in Nookazon’s ‘Services’ Tab.

Having a Middleman hold your items can be charged for, but it can also be free (I was lucky to have someone hold 320 items for me, free of charge) that would have been in total 3,200 Nook Mile Tickets.

Step 4: Restart Your Island

Now is the time for you to restart, to do this you have to go to your Nintendo Switch Settings and select Data and Delete Save Data, then choose Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Now That you’ve deleted your island, you can start over. Do all the necessary starting steps such as naming your island and talking to Tom Nook, all until you’ve slept your first night. Time travel one day forward and the next day, Dodo Airlines should be available. 

Step 5: Collect your items from your Middleman

Communicate to your middleman that you are ready to collect your items, make the necessary trips, make sure you have all your items and then save your progress.

Step 6: Get The Town Hall

Now, to get to the Town Hall, you would have had to complete all the necessary tasks, such as:

• Build a bridge,
• Craft items for Timmy & Tommy’s Shop,
• Place 3 plots down for the compulsory homes and furnish them,
• Have the museum set up for Blathers

You’ll find that after you’ve completed all these tasks, the next day you should have an announcement from Tom Nook that the Town Hall will be refurbished. The day after that the Town Hall will be available (feel free to time travel this part if you’re feeling impatient).

Step 7: Talk To Tom Nook and Isabelle

Lastly, you’ll want to speak to Tom Nook where he will tell you that they want to have K.K. Slider perform on the island and to do this you’ll need a higher island star rating, he will advise you to speak to Isabelle.

Once you’ve spoken to Isabelle, she will tell you that in order to get to a 3-star rating you’ll need more island residents. 

This is where you stop. 

Step 8: All you need to do now is wait for the update and put the plots down only when the update comes out and you are 100% sure that your desired villager is available for trade.

Do this one plot at a time. You can look on Nookazon for traders and see who has your desired villager listed and buy them with the Nook Mile Tickets you saved up! You MUST put the plot down before you leave to invite them to your island. 

Nookazon is the best and safest way to trade as you can see the reviews of people who are selling, it is best to go for traders that have over fifty 5-star reviews. This is the quickest way and makes sure that you will 100% get your desired villager without getting scammed.

2. Restart & Go, Villager Hunting! (Method 2)

You do all of the above except for Step 8…if you don’t feel like trading… When the update comes out, use the Nook Mile Tickets you saved up to go villager hunting. After you’ve set up one plot, keep searching until you find your desired villager and then invite them over to your island! Wait a couple days (or time travel) and then set up another plot to go hunting and find your next desired villager.

This method does take longer and is a gamble as to whether you’ll spend more Nook Mile Tickets or less.

Equally, you can wait until they show up at the campsite and lay down a plot on that day to invite them, but that may take even longer than villager hunting as campsite appearances happen once every week or so.

3. Kick Villagers Out

If you don’t want to restart your island and you don’t have Nintendo’s Online Membership (but this method will be faster if you do), fear not! You have this last method available to you!

Step 1: Kick A Villager out! 

Below is a method to kick villagers out (Time Travel Method) in order to get who you want, quickly!

Once your unwanted villager is in boxes, the next day there should be an open plot. This means you can go villager hunting to invite the villager of your dreams or if you want to trade online you can do so.

If you don’t wish to time travel, you can follow this guide naturally, it may just take a very long time.
