FIFA 22 tops the charts, but Nintendo Switch exclusives continue to dominate.
The Nintendo Switch UK physical charts data is now in for the week ending 4th December. Amongst the top ten places are a variety of Switch exclusives, despite FIFA 22 ranking top and Call of Duty: Vanguard coming in at third.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has fallen down to second following its first-place achievement last week, with FIFA 22 returning to the top of the table. Still, it was an impressive week for Nintendo’s platform nonetheless.
The new Pokémon titles, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, managed to climb back up the chart a little this week, as did Animal Crossing: New Horizons and multiplatform release Just Dance 2022 also sold best on Switch.
New Switch release Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain also entered the charts in its debut week but only managed 36th position.

In other news, October and November have seen some big next-gen titles released, including Call of Duty: Vanguard, Battlefield 2042, FIFA 22, Far Cry 6, and Left 4 Dead’s spiritual successor, Back 4 Blood.
