Luke is a brand new character who is described as a look into the future of the Street Fighter series by the developers themselves. He is a cocky and confident fighter, shouting that he’ll “never lose to anyone” in his teaser trailer.
He uses a mixed martial arts fighting style and has an emphasis on powerful punches in a similar nature to Ed, though he’s also shown to throw out some special kicks and shoulders as well. He also tosses projectiles with his punches too, which is a good bit different than we’ve seen from most characters. His story is still shrouded in mystery, other than the fact that he aspired to become like as of yet unidentified male fighter who could be any one of the characters in the game if not the entire Street Fighter universe.
