343 industries has advised Halo infinite players against using the Quick resume feature, at least for the time being while playing the game on Xbox Series X/S. Throughout the campaign Players can find armour lockers dotted around the Zeta Halo containing cosmetics to be used in the games multiplayer mode. However, if you play the campaign offline or get kicked from online services, which can happen when employing the quick resume feature, the cosmetics won’t be available in Halo Infinite Multiplayer.
Community director at 343 Industries, Brian Jarrard Warned fans of the issue on twitter and said the studio is looking for a fix for it.
The team is aware and we will eventually have a retroactive fix (you will get the cosmetics youve earned). For now, I recommend not continuing a Quick Resume session and making sure you’re online before venturing into Zeta Halo. Thank you! (2/2)
