The Finnish Developer exceeded their 2019 annual profit in 2020, achieving this without releasing a new game. Remedy obtained their success due to the continued sales of Control. While Remedy did not release any new games in 2020, they released expansion packs for Control, such as AWE. Following Remedy’s record breaking year, they are set to have a year full of development. Remedy recently paired up with Epic Games’ publishing label, which will produce a AAA game available on console and PC. Remedy is also working with Smilegate on a campaign of Xbox exclusive shooter, CrossfireX.
