With Wordle exploding in popularity, many games of similar gameplay have popped up here and there, bringing their own spin on the daily puzzles. Squordle brings their spin by creating puzzles based on guessing pokemon by types and moves.
The game blew up in popularity and has been a sensation across social media, with its simple tasks and replayability. This game has sparked inspiration amongst its fans, bringing new clones of the game anywhere and everywhere. Which brings us to the newest Pokemon-themed Wordle, Squordle.
The game brings players to guess between the original 151 species found in Kanto by estimating between hints of the pokemon’s movepool and typing, and each guess narrows down more and more possibilities until the player gets the correct answer. The game also has distinct difficulties, should the player wish to challenge their pokemon trivia.
