Netflix has revealed that season 3 of The Witcher’s show has reached production, as well as the overall synopsis.
“As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri of Cintra into hiding, determined to protect his newly-reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it,” Netflix has announced, as season three of the beloved TV series has been confirmed to be in production, “entrusted with Ciri’s magical training, Yennefer leads them to the protected fortress of Aretuza, where she hopes to discover more about the girl’s untapped powers; instead, they discover they’ve landed in a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery.
“They must fight back, put everything on the line – or risk losing each other forever.”
The series’ second season arrived in December 2021, with many new faces for the audience to learn about and love. And while there is yet to be an announcement for its release date, the overview from the synopsis appears to mean alot will be happening in season 3.
