The biggest gaming event in Tokyo has released its schedule and it’s going all-digital again this year
Tokyo Game Show, otherwise known as TGS, has announced the lineup of the official stream schedule for the event happening this September.
The Tokyo Game Show is a video game convention that is held annually in September that focuses on Japanese game publishers and some international companies that have upcoming releases in the Japanese market. This year’s event is going to be streamed online due to the ongoing pandemic.
Tokyo Game Show 2021’s Schedule
The event is going to include over 44 presentations from many major publishers over the few days listed. Xbox has been scheduled to have a 50-minute live stream on the first day of the event and promises it has exclusive news and content to share. Square Enix also has a 50-minute live stream the next day and has stated it will be dedicated to upcoming titles (Final Fantasy XVI has been hinted to be shown during this presentation if Square Enix has something to show on time).
Other big publishers that will appear at TGS are Capcom, Bandai Namco, Tencent Games, 505 Games, Level 5, and Konami. Here is a list of the full schedule of what has been announced so far, including some games that will be talked about by the publishers, and what is still undecided.
