John Cena Teases Fortnite Peacemaker Skin

Get ready Fortnite fans, another epic skin may be coming your way soon! A few months ago, DC crossovers with the infamous battle royale franchise leaked online, which hinted at the potential appearance of John Cena’s Peacemaker. It now looks like those rumours will come to fruition, with John Cena himself teasing his appearance is inevitable!

As fans of the franchise will know, Cena won’t be the first WWE legend to appear in the game. Following The Rock’s arrival as The Foundation, John Cena looks to follow his path, and what other wrestler could we have possibly asked for? Both actors have made seamless transitions from the ring to the big screen, so it only makes sense they continue this voyage into the gaming world.

As Chapter 3 Season 1 commences, Fortnite has been overwhelmed with exciting crossovers and bundles! From Uncharted heroes to Spider-Man foes, there’s more than enough to keep you entertained. Nevertheless, you can never have too much now, can you?

Peacemaker Becomes Latest Suicide Squad Member To Join Fortnite

After the success of The Suicide Squad in 2021, John Cena’s character became a particular fan favourite. So adored in fact that they even commissioned his own TV show on HBO Max for creator James Gunn. The show has gone on to receive acclaimed reviews in the US and looks to be hitting screens in the UK sometime soon.

However, despite this success, Peacemaker certainly won’t be the first Suicide Squad member to appear in the Epic Games franchise. Bloodsport got his skin back in August, and we’ve seen various iterations of Harley Quinn throughout the years. Despite this, Peacemaker’s appearance is still exciting of course!

How did Cena hint to us this is going to happen though? Well, a picture of Fortnite’s Chapter 3 cinematic was shown on his Instagram, so what more could we ask for? Whilst it isn’t yet official it’ll be his Peacemaker character, we’d be willing to have a gamble and say that’s the case. At least we hope it is! Are you excited to see Peacemaker arrive in the game?
