The developer event taking place next month now has over 20 major gaming publishers signed up to talk business with gaming developers
GI Live: London takes place early next month and it has now been confirmed that over 20 different major gaming publishers have signed up for the developer event.
GI Live, otherwise known as GamesIndustry Live, is a world premiere games investment event hosted by GameIndustry.Biz and GI Live: London is a new video games business conference hosted by GamesIndustry that will take place between October 6 till October 8 and is entirely focused on investment, marketing, brand development and the future of games.

GI Live: London is going to take place digitally on October 6 via a MeettoMatch meeting system and will then take place in-person at London Excel on October 7 and 8 and is the perfect place for gaming companies to connect.
The days at London Excel will consist of all-day meetings, access to the EGX floor, an indie showcase, lunch, drinks, live and pre-recorded talks from industry greats and roundtable sessions. The talks will also be available to view online and will cover a variety of topics such as investment, publishing, marketing, industry trends and data, as well as brand development outside of video games.
The confirmed attendees for the in-person event include Bandai Namco, EA Originals, GamesCo London, Humble Bundle, Kickstarter, Sega, Tencent, Twitch, Ubisoft, Valve, Yogscast Games and many more.
Some events have also been confirmed and they include a Steam Q&A with Valve where guests will have a chance to ask about the upcoming Steam Deck, a talk by Warner Music that will discuss how artists have worked with video games, and there will also be a discussion of how COVID has impacted game sales.
A digital ticket costs £45 while a ticket to the digital and in-person event costs £200 and includes the lunch and drinks provided. You can purchase your ticket here and use this opportunity to discuss game development with some of the biggest publishers.
Attendees will need to provide either full vaccination, negative lateral flow test/PCR test, or natural immunity from a positive PCR test result, and wearing a face mask is strongly advised.
