BANDAI NAMCO studios releasing Tales of Arise In September
Tales of Arise could very well be one of the next biggest JRPG’s. Bandai Namco were planning on its official release in 2020, however, that time was pushed back until September 2021 and there’s no doubt they’ve made some vast improvements with their combat system. Tales of Arise will be releasing on Xbox, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, and PC.
Recently, BANDAI Namco released a video introducing one of their esteemed characters called ‘Law’ who supposedly takes a wrong turn somewhere throughout the plot, becoming an agent for his Lordship and betrays the people who care about him as a sacrifice for his people. It can be deducted by this small scene that the person who reigns over their civilization, is the antagonist of the story. Despite Law being an agent for the possible antagonist, he is a playable character and most likely there will be many moments in gameplay to play different characters from their perspective of the story, similar to Nier: Automata and Final Fantasy VII.
Law is a hot-blooded martial artist who concentrates energy into his body to deal continuous strikes. Despite being from Dahna, he joined Rena's secret police to pursue his own goal.#TalesOfArise pic.twitter.com/HPMyleTmrG

The trailer also displays some extra gameplay and gives you a little dive into the atmosphere and ambience of the game, it has a strong Xenoblade chronicles vibe to it and can even be compared to Monster Hunters Rise with the art style and the repetition of phrases.
It could be argued that this may very well become increasingly popular considering how popular it already is in Japan and America, the feedback on Twitter has been significant and has many excited. Hopefully, it lives up to the expectations.
