We all love to play video games don’t we? I mean sure, it would be a bit strange if you were on this page and you didn’t. This passion we all share can be universal. From retail workers to bus drivers, estate agents to company directors, everyone can find something they fancy. Obviously, this isn’t excluding Hollywood directors either, with James Gunn revealing his top three favourite video games this week.
Having already delivered some of the best blockbusters around in recent years, it looks like the American film maker takes some well-earned breaks from his craft. After taking part in a recent social media campaign, he revealed his favourite video games. It must be said, it looks like he’s got great taste to go alongside his good filmmaking skills. James Gunn Names Mass Effect, Defense Grid And KOTOR As Top Games
We told you he had good taste didn’t we? We didn’t expect anything less. However, it must be noted that the Guardians Of The Galaxy director has cheated the system a little bit here. Does he mean the first KOTOR and Mass Effect? Or is he just including the whole franchise for them? If the latter, well unfortunately that doesn’t follow the rules of the trend, James.
Nevertheless, it was cool to get a little insight into the mind of a famous Hollywood director. This is especially the case with Defense Grid, a game which you certainly wouldn’t of expected to find in this list. After his initial tweet, he said he’s played “every tower defense game there is”, so that just goes to show how big of a fan he is. Who knew?
