The studio behind Crash Bandicoot have posted positions on its career site
Toys for Bob, the studio most famous for the Skylanders franchise and rebooting the Crash Bandicoot trilogy, has recently posted job listings on its career site for a brand, new project.
There are no clear indications for what the new job positions will be working on, however, there are clear signs it will be a non-Call of Duty project.
Toys For Bob
If you were not aware, Toys For Bob recently transitioned into a support studio for Call of Duty, specifically for the massively successful free-to-play game Warzone. However, the positions listed on Toys For Bob’s career site does not list Call of Duty next to any of the positions listed, while other current jobs listed, and others in the past, tend to do so. The job listings simply have “Toys For Bob” next to their titles.
At the moment, the jobs listed that aren’t for Call of Duty are Senior Concept Artist, Environment Artist, and Network Software Engineer.
So what are Toys For Bob getting prepared to work on?
The studio is known for developing charming, whimsical AAA games and has been doing so since 1989. Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time was the latest release in the Crash Bandicoot franchise and since the franchise is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year like most other PlayStation exclusives, could there be another game in the pipeline? Or maybe Toys For Bob have a brand new franchise in mind.
