Despite the fact that only a small portion of the Platinum exclusive material made it into Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, the game’s mascot, Giratina, makes an appearance. Giratina, along with Dialga and Palkia, is a member of the original Creation Trio, and like its counterparts, has very high stats. This, combined with the fact that it can switch between two different forms, makes it a very powerful Legendary Pokémon.

In the original games, you would be limited to Giratinas Altered Forme. This is not the case in the remakes, as you can get the Griseous Orb to change forms after going through a number of steps. Here’s where to find Giratina, and how to get the Griseous Orb in Pokémon BDSP.

Preparing to Catch Giratina

First of all, you need to defeat the Sinnoh Champion and unlock the National Dex by having seen all 151 Pokémon native to the Sinnoh region. After this, speak to Professor Rowan and he’ll give you the National Dex.

In order to prepare for catching Giratina, I recommend bringing some Max Repels and Dusk Balls. The Max Repels will prevent wild encounters with some of the Pokémon on the way, which can be around level 50+. As Giratina is in a cave, the Dusk Balls will have an increased capture rate. You can buy these in Pastoria City.

Another useful thing to have is a Pokémon with Taunt. This will prevent Giratina from using Pain Split, which can be quite annoying when trying to catch it. This is because Giratina can use Pain Split to heal itself if you have more HP. As always, a Pokémon that can inflict Sleep or Paralysis is handy too.

Where to Find Giratina in Pokémon BDSP

Spring Path on the map.

After you’ve got the National Dex, and made your necessary preparations, follow these steps:

Head South from Veilstone City onto Route 214.

Once on Route 214, head South until you see a small clearing in the trees on the right-hand side. Follow the opening around until you reach Spring Path

Head through the grass and HM Rock Climb up the cliffside.

Walk around the right side, ignoring the bridge.

HM Rock Climb down the opposite side you initially came up and enter Turnback Cave

Turnback Cave Puzzle

Once you’re inside the cave, clear it with Defog so you can see. From here, there is a slight luck-based puzzle you must complete. It’s not really a puzzle so much as it is more of a random chance for it to appear in the cave. You will be greeted by some cryptic text inscribed on the pillar that reads: “… Past three pillars… to the sleeping… before 30 is surpassed…”

Essentially, what this means is you must find 3 pillars located within the cave, before entering 30 rooms in the cave. The rooms in the cave are randomized however, so there’s no order to this. It’s completely based on luck if a pillar will appear. You may have to retry a couple times if you are unlucky.

There’s no specific order to go through the doors. Just keep going wherever you like and interacting with the pillars as they appear. When you interact with the pillars, they will tell you how many you’ve found and how many rooms you’ve entered.

Battling Giratina

A wild Giratina appeared!

Eventually you will come across Giratina. Save before interacting if you want to soft reset and be prepared to battle and catch this mighty beast. This will be no easy feat however, as Giratina is level 70 just like the other post-game Legendaries. It has two moves in particular that can make catching it tricky – Pain Split and Shadow Force. The latter makes it so that you can’t use a PokéBall for one turn, as Giratina will be invisible. The former makes it difficult to keep it’s HP low. Putting it to sleep is definitely recommended, as it will make life much easier.

Using the Dusk Balls you bought from Pastoria City will provide a significantly higher catch rate, as you are inside a cave.

Well done, you caught it!

Where is the Griseous Orb in Pokémon BDSP

To unlock the Griseous Orb, you must battle and catch all 13 Legendary Pokémon that are available within Ramanas Park. To do so, you must purchase their corresponding Slates using Mystery Shards. Overall there will be 13 Legendaries to catch, so 13 Slates to buy. That’s a lot of Mystery Shards.

Much digging required!

After you’ve caught Mewtwo, the Slate Exchange will hold Distortion Slates. You can use this to spawn Giratina in its Distortion Forme. Head to the East side of Ramanas Park and use the Enigmatic Pedestal to summon a level 100 Giratina.

Giratina in Ramanas Park.

Now you can’t actually catch this Giratina. But once you have defeated it, it will drop a Griseous Orb. You can give this Griseous Orb to your Giratina to hold, and it will change forms. If you take the Orb away it will revert back to it’s Altered Forme. Now you’re one step closer to completing the Pokédex, with a powerhouse to boot.

Studio ILCA has done a good job of making an accurate rendition of Sinnoh in Pokémon BDSP, especially with the inclusion of some secret Pokémon that can be discovered like in the originals. One of these returning Pokémon is Heatran – a Legendary Fire/Steel type Pokémon who resides deep within Stark Mountain.

It’s not so easy to find however, as it’s located after a maze-like Strength puzzle that can be a little tricky. Here’s a guide on the necessary steps to find Heatran, as well as get past the puzzle.

Where to Catch Heatran in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

First of all, you need to defeat the Sinnoh Champion and unlock the National Dex by having seen all 150 Pokémon in Sinnoh. After this, speak to Professor Rowan and he’ll give you the National Dex.

Travel to the Fight Area. Speak to the Sailor in the South of Snowpoint Cityand he take you to a location. Once you are there, go North and go through the tunnel past the Fisherman who gives you the Super Rod.

Head Northeast on Route 225 until you reach the Survival Area. This is a small village with a PokeMart and PokeCenter. Barry will be there with Crasher Wake. Speak to them and head East after the cutscene plays.

Go through Route 226 until you reach the mountains. Use HM Rock Climb to traverse the structure and go to the right up the staircase. Stop just before the two trainers and climb down the left rock path with the HM again. This will take you to a set of stairs that leads to some water.

Use HM Surf to go past the little house on the island and keep going til you hit land. Go North to Route 227. Get your bike out and go over some ramps. Go up the stairs that are past the house.

Use your bike to ride across a thin beam at the top on the right side. After reaching the end, you will be greeted by an NPC named Buck. When he’s done talking, go forward until you see a set of stairs that leads to a giant gave opening.

You have now arrived at Stark Mountain: Heatran’s domain.

Stark Mountain at the very top of Sinnoh.

How to Get to Heatran

So you’ve made it to Stark Mountain, well done. But we’re not finished just yet. Now you must continue pushing forward, since there’s still a lot more work to be done to capture the Legendary lava Pokémon.

Enter Stark Mountain. You then have to use HM Strength to manoeuvre the boulders correctly. Push the top and bottom boulder to the right, get under, and push the middle boulder up so that’s it against the wall.

Make your way up the mountain and enter the second cave entrance. You will meet Buck again and he’ll ask you to team up with him. Be prepared for some double battles.

After making your way through the room, you will come to a set of stairs that goes to another cave entrance towards the North.

Once you enter this room, a cutscene will trigger. After it plays out, exit Stark Mountain by using an Escape Rope, or retracing your steps.

Fly back to the Survival Area and find Buck. Speak to him. He will then head back to the Mountain, and you’ll have to follow him again.

Annoyingly you have to go through all the previous steps again to get there because you can’t fast travel there unfortunately. Make your way back up to the Magma Chamber, and your prize shall await you. Make sure you save outside the room too if you’re trying to soft reset.

A mighty fine beast indeed.

Heatran is one of the toughest Legendaries to find in Pokémon BDSP, just because the quest to find it is in a fairly obscure location. It’s worth the effort however, as Heatran is quite a powerful Pokémon that would make a good addition to any team if you enjoy using Legendary Pokémon.

Even though Pokémon BDSP stays mostly true to the original games, the Sinnoh remakes also include a few additional features. These features improve upon the initial game’s experience, and provide access to a wider range of Pokémon at different points in the story.

This includes a new way of accessing many of the prior generation’s Legendary Pokémon. Classic trios and duos make a return, although some are version exclusive, through Ramanas Park.

Ramanas Park is a new area added to Pokémon BDSP that allows you to exchange Mystery Shards for Slates relating to Legendary Pokémon that can be used to spawn the corresponding mythical beast.

Johto fans should consider themselves lucky, as one iconic pair that can be caught in Ramanas Park is the Tower Duo – those being the Legendary birds Ho-oh and Lugia.

How to Access Ramanas Park

Ramanas Park’s location on the map. You can catch the Tower Duo here.

Before you can access Ramanas Park you have to complete the story first. After you’ve beaten the Sinnoh Champion and seen all 150 Pokémon, you will be given the National Dex. This means more Pokémon from previous generations will begin to appear too.

After getting the National Dex Ramanas Park will become available. To get there:

Head South of Sandgem Town until you reach the shoreline.

Use HM Surf to cross the water East along Route 219.

Carry on through Route 220 and Route 221 until you get to Ramanas Park.

Lugia and Ho-oh will appear in the Squall Room or Rainbow Room after you have met certain requirements in the park. You can exchange Mystery Shards for Slates that can be found in the Grand Underground. These will spawn the corresponding Legendary, so hopefully you’ve had a chance to do some digging by now.

Where to Get Mystery Shards

To get Mystery Shards you must dig in the Grand Underground. Use the Explorer Kit to access the underground network of caverns.

Once underground, use your pickaxe to dig into the walls. You have a random chance to dig up some Mystery Shards or Mystery Shard (L). Each Slate costs 3 Mystery Shards or 1 Mystery Shard (L).

How to Unlock Ho-Oh and Lugia in Pokémon BDSP

It’s important to note that Ho-Oh is exclusive to Brilliant Diamond, and Lugia is exclusive to Shining Pearl. To be able to catch them in their respective games, you must first purchase the Rainbow Slate or Squall Slate respectively. You’ll have to trade if you want both in one game.

To unlock the Rainbow Slate, you must first purchase the other 8 Slates and catch their related Pokemon. Here are the requirements in order:

Buy the Discovery Slate 3x to unlock and catch Regice, Registeel and Regirock. More slates will be available after all three have been caught.

If you are playing Brilliant Diamond – then you must purchase the Johto Slate 3x and catch the Three Legendary Beasts Raikou, Entei and Suicune.

If you are playing Shining Pearl – then you must purchase the Kanto Slate 3x to catch the Three Legendary Birds Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.

Next up is the Soul Slate that will unlock Latios and Latias. Purchase this 2x and catch them both.

Finally, the Rainbow Slate/Squall Slate will be available to purchase. Take it to the pedestal, and Ho-Oh/Lugia will be available in their respective games.

Overall, this could be quite a time consuming process depending on how lucky you are with finding Mystery Shards. The minimum amount of shards it will require is 9 Mystery Shard (L), with the maximum being 27 Mystery Shards if you have to pay using the smaller ones.

Ditto is an important Pokémon for breeders and those trying to complete their Pokédex. Today I’m going to tell you where to find them in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. It takes some patience to get to it, as you won’t be able to catch one until after the Pokémon League Challenge.

The reason Ditto is so unique is because it can breed with any Pokémon. If you’re into breeding perfect Pokémon for competitive battling, then Ditto comes in handy for getting the ideal natures and IVs on Pokémon before you train them, as well as getting more of the one-time gift Pokémon.

Upgrading to the National Dex

First off you have to make sur e you’ve completed the Sinnoh Pokedex and nabbed yourself the National Dex upgrade. You can do this with one version of the game, as you only have to encounter each Pokémon once. So long as you’ve seen every Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokedex, then you should be golden.

After you’ve upgraded to the National Dex, you’ll be able to catch all Pokémon up to Gen 4 as well of a bunch of new Legendaries.

Where to Catch Ditto in Pokémon BDSP

After you’ve obtained the National Dex, head to route 218 and use the PokéRadar while the National Dex is active. Certain patches of grass will shake when you activate the PokéRadar, and this is where ditto will appear. It has a 20% chance of spawning, so it shouldn’t take you very long to find it at all.

You can also use the PokéRadar to ‘Chain’, which will increase your odds of a shiny encounter.

Ditto can also be found in the Grand Undergound, as it’s located in the Stargleam Cavern and Dazzling Cave chambers after you’ve beaten the Elite 4.

As always, shiny the shiny variants are very rare in Pokémon BDSP and have a pretty low chance of appearing normally. Everybody wants to add the shiny form of their favourite to their collection, but due to their rarity they can be quite difficult to find. Each Pokémon has a 1/4096 chance in being Shiny.

There are a couple of handy ways that might help decrease the time sunk into catching one of these elusive creatures.

One method is by using the PokéRadar and the Chain Counter. You can do something called ‘Chaining’ to significantly increase the encounter rate for shiny Pokémon.

Where is the PokéRadar

To get the PokéRadar you must become the League Champion and have encountered 150 Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokedex. Speak to Professor Rowan and he will give you the PokéRadar. A device that allows you to locate certain Pokémon in grassy areas.

Go to Ramanas Park once you’ve got the radar and find Professor Oak. He’ll give you an app for your Pokétch called the ‘Chain Counter’. This lets you keep track of how many Pokémon of a particular species they have captured or defeated. Shiny forms of Pokémon species are more likely to show up as this number increases.

By running away from that Pokémon, however, will prevent the counter from rising.

What is Chaining?

Chaining is where you attempt to ‘chain’ encounters with the same species to keep increasing the counter. The higher the counter gets by continuously battling the same Pokémon, the higher the chance you have of encountering a shiny Pokémon.

Listed below are how your number of defeats/captures of a Pokémon in a row affects your chances of finding a shiny Pokémon.

0-50 defeats/captures – 1/4096

50 defeats/captures – 1/2048 with 2x encounter rate.

100 defeats/captures – 1/1365 with 3x encounter rate

200 defeats/captures – 1/1024 with 4x encounter rate

500 defeats/captures – 1/683 with 6x encounter rate

How to Chain Pokémon

First, you have to make sure the PokéRadar is charged by running around. Once that’s done, it’s time to get started.

Head over to a grassy area with a Pokémon you want to chain. Activate the PokéRadar and the grass will start to shake when it’s fully charged.

Make sure you have a repel active, so you don’t run into any random wild Pokémon. Run into the shaking grass patch and catch the Pokémon you want to start the chain.

From there, keep heading to shaking patches of grass to continue the chain. So long as the chain is going, you’re guaranteed to encounter the same Pokémon in every rustling patch.

The most annoying thing about this process is that its still very luck based. There’s a slight chance if you’re particularly unlucky that another Pokémon might appear, which will break the chain sadly. If this happens it will reset, and you’ll have to start over.

Below is a more in-depth guide from PokeTips that has more details on the process of chaining and how it works:

Increased Chances Through Breeding Pokémon

If you want to increase your chances of hatching a shiny Pokémon from an egg, you can use something called the Masuda Method.

This is a mechanic introduced in Gen 6. When two Pokémon of differing language breed, they have an increased chance of producing an egg that will hatch a shiny Pokémon.

The chance increases to 1/682 from 1/4096. This is still a 0.15% chance, but the higher odds are welcome.

To obtain a Pokémon with a differing language you must trade with someone globally.

Drifloon is among the rarer Pokémon in the new Diamond and Pearl remakes, as it will only appear on a certain day after completing a certain story event. You can only catch it in one location, so it can be easy to miss. If you’re trying to complete the Pokédex, then here’s how to catch a Drifloon for yourself.

How to Catch Drifloon in Pokémon BDSP

First, you must complete the Team Galactic event at the Valley Windworks.

After defeating Mars, return to the Valley Windworks on the Friday following the completion of this event. Drifloon will be there floating in front of the Valley Windworks building ready to be caught.

Outside Valley Windworks on a Friday.

Drifloon will evolve into Drifblim at level 28.

Where to Spot Drifloon in a Battle

If you’re only trying to see Drifloon for your Pokédex and aren’t worried about catching one, then you can spot it elsewhere. But you must be careful as it’s easy to miss this battle.

One of the Trainers inside Hearthome Gym has a Drifloon as part of their team. To progress in the Gym you have to answer some basic questions. Get it right, you move forward. Get it wrong and you must battle a Trainer.

Hearthome City Gym.

If you choose to answer them all correctly, it’s possible to you will skip this battle. So, ensure you battle all Trainers in Hearthome City Gym so that you don’t miss spotting it for your Pokédex.

Spiritomb is widely known for its unusual method of capture in original Diamond and Pearl Games. It involved placing an Odd Keystone in a location, and then speaking to other local players. This was a tricky and time consuming process, but obtaining Spiritomb in Pokemon BDSP is slightly easier.

How to Catch Spiritomb in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

To catch Spiritomb in Pokemon BDSP is similar to that of the original. First you have to find an Odd Keystone and place it in the Hallowed Tower – which is located on Route 209.

After placing the Keystone, it’s time to get social. You must speak to 32 unique NPCs in located across the Grand Underground.

You can check your progress at the Hallowed Tower to get an idea of how far along your quest is, or, in other words, how close you are to gaining Spiritomb. The Hallowed Tower would state “It appears to have been built many years ago,” if you’ve only spoken to 0 to 7 NPCs. Here’s all the comments it will make to let you know how far along you are:

0-7 NPCs: It appears to have been built many years ago.

8-14 NPCs: Its stones appear to have shifted.

15-21 NPCs: Is that crying coming from inside the tower.

22-28 NPCs: Is the tower shaking ever so slightly.

29-31 NPCs: There is some sort of presence… it appears ready to emerge!

32+ NPCs: Yulaaah!

After meeting the required NPCs, go back to the Hallowed Tower and interact with the Keystone. A Spiritomb will appear that you can attempt to catch.

Spooky.

You can repeat this process a number of times so you can catch more than one Spiritomb.

Odd Keystone Locations

There are two guaranteed locations in Sinnoh to find the Odd Keystone. One is located on Route 208, while the other one’s in Twinleaf Town. You can get the second one buy surfing across to a small island there.

Despite the fact that Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl are largely authentic remakes that stay true to the original games, Studio ILCA has added a whole bunch of new elements to modernise the fourth generation of Pokemon. One such change is the location of Gible – the first form of the Garchomp line.

I never actually caught a Gible in the original Diamond and Pearl, as I never actually knew where to find it. As badly as I wanted one, I never got round to finding it. Thankfully, the remade Sinnoh features a new way to obtain Gible and Garchomp. Gabite is still located in the same place however.

Garchomp is still one of the most beloved Pokémon of the Sinnoh region, and for good reason: its remarkably strong moves are a force to be reckoned with. Even the Sinnoh Champion recognises its power as they defend their title using the Dragon-type.

Where to Find Gible in Pokémon BDSP

Players who want to catch the Pokemon will have to wait until they’ve defeated the 6th Gym in Canalave City. Once you’ve beat the Gym, follow the steps below and you can catch your own Gible.

Get HM Strength on Route 209. It’s on the fifth floor of the Lost Tower from the Old Lady NPC. You have to defeat Gym Leader Byron to use it.

Travel to Eterna City and take the South Exit to Route 206. Ride down to the end of the Cycling Road.

Make a right immediately after exiting Cycling Road’s tunnel, and use HM Cut to remove the trees blocking your way. Follow the grass underneath the Cycling Road bridge, stick to the right side.

There will be cave opening at the end of the path, ignore this. Immediately walk left instead, until you are underneath the bridge. There is a secret cave opening onscreen that cant be seen unless you press forward.

You will enter Wayward Cave. Use Flash to light the cave up. There’s a TM for it at Oreburgh Gate.

Use Strength to push the rock blocking you from going forward. Go through the opening on the left.

Get your bike out and use second gear to ride up the two slopes. Then turn right and jump over the three ramps.

You should end up in a square area of dirt. By running around here Gible will spawn. There is 15% chance of the little dragon-shark appearing.

Route 206 – Underneath Cycling Road Bridge is Wayward Cave.

Once you’ve caught Gible, you have to train until it reaches level 24 in order for it to evolve into Gabite.

Fancy.

After you’ve evolved your Gible into Gabite, you’ll need to raise Gabite to level 48, which will cause it to evolve into Garchomp.

Garchomp’s Grand Underground Location

In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, there is a second route to obtain Garchomp, which is through the Grand Underground. Grand Underground has little rooms known as Pokemon Hideaways. There are around 200 Pokemon that spawn there, however some of them are exclusive to the Grand Underground.

In the Riverbank Cave Hideaway, both Gible and Gabite can be found spawning. Traveling to Jubilife City and then activating the Explorer Kit will lead you to this particular chamber.

Make sure you’ve caught the Pokemon beforehand however to guarantee that it will spawn in this location. It can be hard to track down at first for sure, but it is definitely worth the effort. Garchomp is a powerhouse, and should be a welcome addition to any team.

There were lots of rumours floating around about a surprise release of Halo: Infinite’s multiplayer launching to celebrate Xbox’s twentieth anniversary. Turns out those rumours were true. Yesterday evening Halo: Infinite’s multiplayer was released for free to Xbox and PC players. The news was delivered at Microsoft’s Xbox 20th Anniversary Livestream event by the crew at 343 Industries, as well as Joseph Staten and Tom French.

This time round though Microsoft are doing things a bit differently. Microsoft is not only breaking the campaign and multiplayer into two portions, but the multiplayer component is also fully free to download for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S for the first time. The campaign is still not set to arrive until December 8th. For now, players may jump into Season 1 of Halo Infinite multiplayer and have access to all maps, core modes, and earn all of the Battle Pass items.

The Multiplayer is Great

I spent some time playing it last night. Put shortly, I already think it’s amazing. As a long time Halo fan, it feels really familiar to playing Halo 3. The game feels incredible and I’m really enjoying some of the new equipment. When used properly it can make for some very satisfying plays.

A lot of the battle pass content available for the Heroes of Reach Season 1 Pass looks pretty cool, bringing back classic armour sets from, well… The Heroes of Halo: Reach. Another intriguing armour set that caught my eye. This awesome armour set has a stylish aesthetic inspired by Samurai warriors. Known as the Yoroi Spartan Armor, and does not require any specific rank lists or battle pass tiers to obtain it.

How to Unlock The Yoroi Spartan Armour set in Halo: Infinite

As of next week, on November 23rd, merely participating in the first limited-time event, Fracture: Tenrai, during Season 1 is all you have to do to obtain the armor. The limited-time event will also have its own free event pass, which will include the armour. Furthermore, the in-game store will feature even more Yoroi-inspired cosmetics available for purchase if you want to. As the event approaches, 343 will provide additional information.

Season 1 will last until May 2022. Along the way #HaloInfinite will have multiple in-game events with their own rewards and activities!

The first is Fracture: Tenrai, featuring a limited time Event Pass, playlist, and Samurai-themed rewards starting next week. pic.twitter.com/3XtGQj5tgf

— Halo (@Halo) November 15, 2021

What Else to Expect in Season 1

343 Industries have stressed is that they want to focus on fun and avoid a forcing players to grind when it comes to Halo Infinite battle passes. The Battle Passes permanently available for those who choose to purchase them. All time-limited aspects and challenges have been removed as well. The first season for Halo Infinite will last until May 2022. This will give fans plenty of time to work through the game’s initial content.

Players will find a whole range of game modes to choose from, including classics like Capture the Flag, Oddball, Slayer, One Flag CTF, and more at launch. Big Team Battle is readily available and includes modes like Capture the Flag, Slayer, Total Control, and Stockpile for those classic chaotic Halo games. There will also be the occasional event Playlists. If you need to practise and freshen up your skills, Bot Bootcamp is available for teams of 4 players to take on 4 AI enemies. Lastly, there is also a ranked arena mode with different reward tiers that range from Bronze to Diamond.

According to 343 Industries, Halo Infinite will have multiple rewards and activities to discover during the first season, following the multiplayer launch. As of right now, there are over 100 rewards in the Premium battle pass including the Spartan helmet with flames, visors, coatings, emblems, armour FX, gear based on characters from Halo: Reach, and new AI like the ODST Superintendent. This leaves players with more than enough to unlock between now and the next season.

Halo: Infinite will release on Xbox Series X/S and PC on 8th December 2021. The multiplayer is available now. Read more about Halo: Infinite here!

Source: Nintendo

3 Ways To Get The New Animal Crossing New Horizons Villagers To Move In (2.0 Update)

Want the new Animal Crossing Villagers on your island next week? Ione, Shino, Sasha and many more! There are 3 ways to make this easy for you. 2 are by restarting your island and before you panic, this might be a great option for you…and the third option is either through in-game time travel or waiting it out. Let’s go. Disclaimer: Most of these methods require Nintendo’s online membership.

1. Restart Your Island

Restarting your island at the moment can be a pretty touchy topic, especially with all the new features coming along with the update and for those of you who have done a lot of progress with your islands, you may not want to start again…but I say, new features…new beginnings! Your can have fun with a new canvas and new world to unleash your creativity once again.

However, to make sure you don’t start completely empty-handed and get the new villagers you want, (personally…I’m going for Shino and Ione) then here’s what you want to do.

Step 1: Join the Animal Crossing New Horizons Discord Community, the Nookazon Discord Community or get the Nookazon App IOS & Android (or Nookazon.com for PC).

Before you delete anything at all, you want to get as many Nook Mile Tickets as possible. I’m talking about hundreds! To do this, you’ll either need discord to trade items for nook mile tickets. There are other alternatives, such as Facebook and Twitter, but I find that discord is pretty quick and convenient for these things.

Animal Crossing Trading Guide Here!

Step 2: Sell what you can for Nook Mile Tickets! Furniture! Fences! Villagers!

You want as many Nookmile Tickets as possible, you can keep any resources such as wood, iron, stone and clay, as those WILL be needed later. However, on the Nookazon app, you can make a listing for the desired product you want to sell, or through Discord, you can advertise the product you want to sell and put:

FT (For Trade): Desired Item or Villager

LF (Looking For): Nook Mile Tickets

Then once you found someone accepting your offer, you make the trade by either visiting their island or you visiting them.

“Animal Crossing Nook Mug”

Step 3: Find a Middle-man

Once you’ve gotten all the Nook Mile Tickets that you want or need, you’ll need to find a Middle-man. That is a player to hold your items for a certain amount of time while you reset and afterwards drop them off at your island. Now, Keep in mind that on the Animal Crossing New Horizons Discord you can only have a Middle-Man hold up to a maximum of 160 items (4 pocket inventories) FOR 2 HOURS. Maximum 1,600 Nook Mile Tickets.

In the Nookazon discord or the Nookazon app, you can negotiate the Middle Man prices, you’ll be able to find this option in Nookazon’s ‘Services’ Tab.

Having a Middleman hold your items can be charged for, but it can also be free (I was lucky to have someone hold 320 items for me, free of charge) that would have been in total 3,200 Nook Mile Tickets.

Animal Crossing New Horizons Trading Guide Here

Step 4: Restart Your Island

Now is the time for you to restart, to do this you have to go to your Nintendo Switch Settings and select Data and Delete Save Data, then choose Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Now That you’ve deleted your island, you can start over. Do all the necessary starting steps such as naming your island and talking to Tom Nook, all until you’ve slept your first night. Time travel one day forward and the next day, Dodo Airlines should be available.

Step 5: Collect your items from your Middleman

Communicate to your middleman that you are ready to collect your items, make the necessary trips, make sure you have all your items and then save your progress.

Step 6: Get The Town Hall

Now, to get to the Town Hall, you would have had to complete all the necessary tasks, such as:

Build a bridge,

Craft items for Timmy & Tommy’s Shop,

Place 3 plots down for the compulsory homes and furnish them,

Have the museum set up for Blathers

You’ll find that after you’ve completed all these tasks, the next day you should have an announcement from Tom Nook that the Town Hall will be refurbished. The day after that the Town Hall will be available (feel free to time travel this part if you’re feeling impatient).

Step 7: Talk To Tom Nook and Isabelle

Lastly, you’ll want to speak to Tom Nook where he will tell you that they want to have K.K. Slider perform on the island and to do this you’ll need a higher island star rating, he will advise you to speak to Isabelle.

Once you’ve spoken to Isabelle, she will tell you that in order to get to a 3-star rating you’ll need more island residents.

This is where you stop.

Step 8: All you need to do now is wait for the update and put the plots down only when the update comes out and you are 100% sure that your desired villager is available for trade.

Do this one plot at a time. You can look on Nookazon for traders and see who has your desired villager listed and buy them with the Nook Mile Tickets you saved up! You MUST put the plot down before you leave to invite them to your island.

Nookazon is the best and safest way to trade as you can see the reviews of people who are selling, it is best to go for traders that have over fifty 5-star reviews. This is the quickest way and makes sure that you will 100% get your desired villager without getting scammed.

2. Restart & Go, Villager Hunting! (Method 2)

You do all of the above except for Step 8…if you don’t feel like trading… When the update comes out, use the Nook Mile Tickets you saved up to go villager hunting. After you’ve set up one plot, keep searching until you find your desired villager and then invite them over to your island! Wait a couple days (or time travel) and then set up another plot to go hunting and find your next desired villager.

This method does take longer and is a gamble as to whether you’ll spend more Nook Mile Tickets or less.

Equally, you can wait until they show up at the campsite and lay down a plot on that day to invite them, but that may take even longer than villager hunting as campsite appearances happen once every week or so.

3. Kick Villagers Out

If you don’t want to restart your island and you don’t have Nintendo’s Online Membership (but this method will be faster if you do), fear not! You have this last method available to you!

Step 1: Kick A Villager out!

Below is a method to kick villagers out (Time Travel Method) in order to get who you want, quickly!

To see the Full Guide Click Here!

Once your unwanted villager is in boxes, the next day there should be an open plot. This means you can go villager hunting to invite the villager of your dreams or if you want to trade online you can do so.

If you don’t wish to time travel, you can follow this guide naturally, it may just take a very long time.
