Popular Genshin Impact leaker, Lumie shares information that suggests Shenhe will have a dungeon to complete in her story quest.
At the beginning of the 2.3 Beta, placeholder data was added for "Weather_Dungeon_Shenhe".

The community is very excited for the long awaited Shenhe, who was originally leaked around a year ago. Everyone is clamouring to find more information about her.
This leak suggests that Shenhe will certainly be a 5 star character. It would confirm this because ‘dungeon’ refers to domains that are completed within story quests. While 5 star characters get Story Quests, 4 star characters get Hangouts.

Genshin Impact 2.3 will contain hangouts for Beidou and Gorou, an event story around Albedo and Eula, and a story quest for Arataki Itto.
It seems MiHoYo has taken to announcing characters before the Beta testing launches, as it’s pretty much inevitable that characters will be leaked by Beta testers.
This seems to have worked very well for Itto, as hype has not died down but only continued to build up. Even right now, Genshin Impact’s fanbase on Twitter is going crazy over his newly leaked voicelines.

I can only imagine that the hype around Shenhe and Yunjin will continue to snowball as well.
